recipe sweet and sour carp specials

 Materials:

     1 head of carp
     1 whole garlic, then puree

     3 tablespoons cornstarch
 

Sauce Ingredients:

     2 cloves garlic, and crushed
     1 onion, cut into thin round
     1 stalk spring onion, cut into thin diagonal
     1 piece of red pepper, cut into thin diagonal
     2 cm ginger
     1 cucumber, seeded and sliced ​​into matchsticks
     1 carrot, sliced ​​into matchsticks
     5 tablespoons tomato sauce
     2 teaspoons cornstarch
     150 cc of water
     1 teaspoon salt
     1 teaspoon granulated sugar
     1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
     1/2 teaspoon vinegar
     2 tablespoons oil

Making way:

1. Combine garlic, salt, and lemon juice, mix well, then smear the carp until blended, set aside for about 10 minutes, drain

2. Slices of fish body, coat fish with cornstarch until blended, then fry in hot oil until the whole body submerged fish 
3. Cook until cooked and dry
     Remove and set aside
4. Heat the oil, then insert garlic and onion, saute until golden.
5. Enter the green onion, red pepper, ginger, cucumber, carrots, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and vinegar and stir well. 

6.  Enter the cornstarch that has been mixed with water, stir, and cook until cooked and sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
