Madura Satay Chicken Recipe

Madura satay chicken recipe


5 pieces (600 grams) of chicken thighs on the bottom, meat and skin aside
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons of cooking oil
21 fruit skewers

Peanut Sambal:

250 grams of peanut skins, fried, mashed
3 pieces of curly red chili, fried
3 eggs pecans, fried
2 large red chilies, fried
4 tablespoons brown sugar comb
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
600 ml hot water

Supplementary Material:

4 pieces of rice cake
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 pieces of lime
2 tablespoons fried onions for topping

Sambal material (crushed):

10 pieces of red chili, braised
8 pieces of curly red chili, braised
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon of sugar

 How to cook:
* Sambal nuts: peanut puree, curly red chilli, nutmeg, red pepper big, brown sugar, and salt. Pour the water. Cook until soft and creamy. * Take 150 grams of peanut sauce, soy sauce, and cooking oil. Stir well. * Dip the chicken in it. Marinate until smooth. * Burn until half cooked. Sprinkle again with mixed nuts. Burn longer to mature. * Sambal, blender chili. Add salt and sugar. Stir well. * Serve skewers with peanut sauce, complement, and sauces.
